Women Farmers Unite

The 32nd annual Farm Women’s Symposium will take place from March 5 through 7, 2024, at Delamar Traverse City, bringing women in agriculture together for fun, learning and fellowship.

Symposium topics include The Power Of Working Alongside Women, From Sowing To Growing, Great Culture On The Great Lakes, Switching Gears: Behind The Scenes, The Benefits Of Taking Time To Stretch, Life As The National Cherry Queen, Wine Panel From Their Experience and Sharing Your Story To The World.

The nonprofit Farm Women’s Symposium was developed by Michigan State University in 1992 to strengthen agriculture and address the changing needs of people involved in farming by focusing on women. It provides opportunities for leadership and professional development and strives to enhance communication and management skills to build an effective family team and develop a network of supportive friendships.
