Tai Chi Easy consists of 5 movements from traditional Yang style Tai Chi that can be done sitting or standing plus other gentle movements, breathing exercises and self-applied massage. Tai Chi Easy can reduce stress, improve immune function, improve balance, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, and increase mental focus. No tai chi experience needed. All movements are gentle. Group is led by a certified Tai Chi/Qigong instructor. Suggested donation of $5/class. Can pay by PayPal or mail check after class.
