Come out and enjoy a yoga & breathwork session for adults. Each week our beginner friendly practice I will be assisting you with postures and breathing techniques to enhance your mental and physical well being.
Sessions will be every Tuesday from 6-7pm going forward. Please arrive 10-15 min early. You must register beforehand for each session no walk in will be available. Sessions are available virtually as well.
