Mindfulness + Yoga + Kids
The first event will be an intro to yoga and mindfulness. Each Sunday it will be from 10a to 11am. Sessions can be virtually or in person.
Develop body awareness Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement. Increase their confidence and positive self image Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group Have an alternative to tuning out through constant attachment to electronic devices Each session will be different. The kids will learn songs and sequences to guild them into their yoga practice.
