Every week is different as we learn about the art - and science - of mindfulness. Mindful living has innumerable benefits, including creating less stress, more resilience, and greater joy and connection.
By connecting with ourselves, we are able to grow, learn, and contribute to our community in powerful ways. We will be sitting on the ground for our time together - bring a meditation pillow, bench, or chair if you wish.
Co-Lead by Aria Everts and Eric McDonald. Donations welcome and go directly to Yoga Bellaire.
