Learn Tai Chi - Hybrid - Zoom and In-Person (limit 10)
Tai Chi, often referred to a meditation in motion, is a series of postures linked together in fluid manner. It focuses on relaxation in motion, balance, and the mind/body connection. Once registered you can attend one or both sessions per week (Monday morning and/or Thursday evening) – whatever your schedule allows – at no extra cost!
