Managing moments of distress
We are living in a turbulent time that poses challenges to our well-being. Join a licensed professional counselor for an interactive workshop to define stress and discuss the sources of stress in our lives. We will discuss the challenges of maintaining self-care practices. Lastly, we will practice simple self-care strategies that we all can easily fit into your day and leave the workshop with deliberate strategies to make self-care a priority.
