Insight Meditation Ann Arbor hosts in-person sit every Thursday evening! Zion Lutheran Church has offered a large, well ventilated space where we can safely gather in-person for meditation practice. The space has windows and is located on the second floor. Come in the back parking lot entrance, up the stairs directly inside the entrance door. The meditation room will be on your left.
