If you are struggling with stress, feeling lost, or if life feels void of meaning, this intensive series provides coping skills, rituals, and a community to help cultivate joy in your life, through the lens of the five elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, & Spirit. Each week we will practice weekly mindfulness, movement, and ritual using scientifically proven techniques to improve mental health. You will walk away from this program with the skills needed to create your own wellness rituals that can be applied any time you need a spark of magick in your life! Take one or more classes individually OR sign up for the entire series!
