Fantastic Fun for Friends of Fiber

Fall 2022 Fiber Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., October 8, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., October 9,  at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds. This fiber fantasy includes wool, alpaca, linen, cotton and more—from the plant or animal to the finished product. Have fun, shop the many vendors and enjoy educational classes.

Event coordinator Cherreen Thompson says the goal of the event is to bring natural materials and fibers into the hands of people; spread knowledge of growing and working with natural fibers; create, design and build a product that is both useful and beautiful; find fulfillment in merging with products of the land; and join together people and nature in a harmonious whole.

Admission is $4 cash per day or $6 for two days. Children under 12 are free. No dogs allowed except service dogs. Location: 5055 Ann Arbor Saline Rd., Ann Arbor. For more information, call 419-825-1609, email [email protected] or visit FiberExpo.com.
