The tools in my kitchen are my best friends and that is where I spend most of my time. Ayurveda can bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit by incorporating small dietary and lifestyle changes. I also offer therapeutic cooking classes where I share secrets to how one can heal with every bite of food.
