Body Mindfulness Workshop
This is a 2 week virtual course to help you start to feel more comfortable in your body, start to talk kinder to yourself, and ultimately love your body more!
Personal Transformation Coach, Samantha Gutowski, will teach you how to love your body more, how to start speaking positively toward your body, eat mindfully and nourish your body instead of restricting yourself, soften and heal your relationship with your body. The ultimate goal is to help you start feeling more comfortable and confident in your body, to teach you how to start treating it with the love and kindness it deserves, and ultimately start loving your body more! This workshop consists of me sending you exercises each morning M-F for two weeks. These exercises will take just 5-15 minutes.
