Join us for this afternoon mindful yoga mini-retreat and discover how you can help yourself feel better, more balanced, and calm. Learn powerful practices you can do at home to support yourself and create lasting peace in your daily life. This gentle to moderate movement practice is suitable for most people with some experience of yoga/meditation.
