Mindful Dexter - Free Mindful Meditation Practice - Every Second Saturday each month 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. Sessions are non-religious and guided by certified instructors in a welcoming, open and non-judgmental space.

Start your weekend mindfully! This one-hour meditation practice includes a 25-30 minute guided meditation, a few minutes of silent meditation, followed by time for comments/questions and a discussion on a mindfulness topic.
