Mindful Dexter - Mindful Meditation Zoom Practice - Free

Mindful Meditation in community via Zoom - Thursday, March 20, 7:30 - 8:00 p.m. Sessions are non-religious and guided by certified instructors in a welcoming, open and non-judgmental space.

Our Third Thursday gathering, a short 30-minute guided meditation, is a simple and practical mid-month mindfulness tune-up that you can access from wherever you are. Pause with us for a brief mindfulness break to refresh and reset. No registration required. Through the support of 5 Healthy Towns Dexter Wellness Coalition, and in partnership with the Dexter District Library and the Dexter Wellness Center, Mindful Dexter typically offers 3 sessions every month (one in person and two via Zoom), and an occasional bonus session. Sessions are non-religious and guided by certified instructors in a welcoming, open and non-judgmental space. Come join us, in community as together we practice skills that help us better cope with and navigate the challenges of being human.
