Learn Stress Reduction from a Pro

Paulette Grotrian, owner of Mindfulness with Paulette, is offering the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Intensive, a five-day program based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) with the same great content offered in an intensive format.  The program, taught as a healthcare practice, consists of five days of instruction, learning mindfulness meditation through guided practices, group dialogue and mindful communication exercises to enhance awareness and joy in everyday life. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, increased ability to make better decisions, and improved relationships and more satisfaction in life.

The course includes eight sessions from June 20 through 24, an all-day retreat on June 23, a practitioner’s journal and guided recordings for home practice. (The all-day retreat is open to those with a meditation practice.)  Grotrian trained with Jon Kabat-Zinn and his colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, is a graduate of their teacher training program, and is an experienced meditator and teacher.
