Seth Kopald, Ph.D., at Exploration Services LLC, will facilitate a free workshop, Improve Communication and Deepen Relationships: Explore the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model, from 6 to 8 p.m., March 29, at the Crazy Wisdom Bookstore and Tea Room community room.

“In a time of high stress and disorder, you may be looking for some peace and easiness. You can find these wonderful things within your personal relationships with your family, your loved ones, your co-workers and your friends,” says Kopald. “Healthy communication deepens your relationships and builds a feeling of safety. As safety and trust increase, it is easier to be yourself with others.”

The IFS Model teaches how to create a safe place for dialogue. This workshop will introduce participants to IFS and offer strategies for discovering their inner world and teach techniques for healthy communication. Kopald holds a doctorate in organization management and leadership and has been an IFS practitioner since 2012.
