This year’s Cinetopia Film Festival, running through June 10, has something for everyone. Closing out the festival 2 p.m. will be the screening of Love, Gilda at the Detroit Film Theatre at the Detroit Institute of Arts.

This touching documentary features Detroit native Gilda Radner, a fearless, passionate, iconic and influential female comedian best known for her groundbreaking work on Saturday Night Live. Director Lisa D’Apolito uses rare personal recordings and journal entries to tell Radner’s story in her own words. Along the way, friends and admirers, including Amy Poehler, Cecily Strong, Lorne Michaels and a host of others offer their most cherished memories of this brilliant trailblazer. Special guest appearances and live Q&A will include director Lisa D’Apolito and more.
