After moving to Ann Arbor 18 years ago, Dr. Darren Schmidt and his team at The Nutritional Healing Center Of Ann Arbor has moved around the corner to a bigger, better location at 462 Jackson Plaza.

The new, 5,000-square-foot space holds 13 patient rooms for nutrition counseling and Applied Kinesiology, a conference room seating 50 people for educational and training purposes and a brand-new, high-tech health far-infrared sauna to help detoxify the body.

Schmidt has co-founded two other businesses: The Good Fat Company (GoodFat.bar) which makes a ketogenic snack bar; and Power Nutrition Practice (PowerNutritionPractice.com) which trains office staff and practitioners of nutrition clinics. He also gives public and private lectures and workshops to church, school and business groups.
