Drop-In Fitness Classes for All Levels

Northville Parks and Recreation announces its May 2025 Group Fitness Drop-In Schedule, offering a wide range of wellness classes for all fitness levels at the Northville Community Center. From restorative yoga to Zumba Gold, participants can choose from a dynamic lineup designed to foster strength, flexibility and well-being.

Morning fitness enthusiasts can enjoy Yoga Flow, Healthy Hips & Back, Silver Strength & Stretch and Slow Burn Yoga, among other offerings. Evening options include Mindful Yoga and Women’s Fitness, ensuring opportunities for every schedule. Saturday classes round out the week with Yoga Flow and Restorative Yoga for those seeking a rejuvenating start to the weekend.

Classes are held at either the Nield or Stage locations within the Community Center, and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Morning group fitness drop-in classes are $8 each or available at a discounted rate with a punch card. Evening classes, such as Women’s Fitness, are offered as cash-only drop-ins at $15.

Northville Parks and Recreation emphasizes flexibility, quality instruction and customer service. Participants are encouraged to arrive early, as space may be limited. Inclement weather updates are available through the dedicated hotline at 248-348-8888.
