Peace Behavioral Health hosts a new initiative in Wyandotte focused on men’s
professional development coaching, led by Dale Rogalski. Designed to support emotional and psychological well-being, this
coaching program helps men identify and manage challenges in personal and
professional life.
The offering provides a safe,
non-judgmental space for adult men to explore issues such as depression,
anxiety, relationship stress and addiction. Participants engage in
individualized coaching that adapts to each client’s specific goals and
experiences. Rogalski emphasizes readiness for change and a personalized,
collaborative approach to wellness.
The coaching incorporates a
multidimensional model, including emotional, physical, financial and
occupational well-being. It does not diagnose mental health conditions but does
support clients in developing resilience, emotional regulation and healthier
life patterns. Coaching is also available to adolescents and couples.
Telehealth sessions are offered for existing clients.
Recent
data shows a significant shift in attitudes toward mental health among younger
people. A 2024 survey by Thriveworks found that 70 percent of millennials plan
to obtain therapy within the next year, showcasing a growing recognition of
therapy's value to overall wellness.
