At Verapose Yoga, we believe that all of our students are beautifully unique. We believe in treating everyone as such, and trust that each person inherently has what they need to be happy and vibrant already inside. All classes emphasis an all-accessible attitude through the usage of props and a variety of postural modifications. Whatever our students’ ‘why’ for joining us, we trust, respect and are open to being guides on this journey to helping them fulfill their ‘why’. We ask our students to take personal responsibility and pride ourselves on guiding them to feeling their best - through a promotion of self study, through creating a safe, non-competitive environment and through specific thematic instruction based on ancient yogic principles. We believe in treating all of our students as equals and admire the differences within all. We opened in the Fall of 2015 in quaint downtown Dexter, MI, and have built a business around being a community for people interested in mindfulness and yoga to come together as one.
