Experience a sound bath as you receive the healing and/or guidance you need through a guided journey assisted by optional cacao. Arrive 15 minutes early to make nest and get drink. We will do an energy cleanse, call in the directions, drink cacao, set intentions, be guided in the shamanic journey while you receive a sound bath, then there will be time to share your experience.

Due to uninterruptible nature of journey, doors will be locked at 2:15 pm.

Bring: a cup/chalice for hot liquids, journal and pen, anything you need to feel comfortable like a pillow, an eye mask or your own blanket. Bringing your own yoga mat is appreciated. But there will be yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available along with cacao to drink. If you are allergic or have any concerns, you can do journey without cacao.
