Reduce Stress and Boost Immunity with Tai Chi

Erin Reas is conducting Tai Chi Easy classes online via Zoom through November 19. Reas is a certified tai chi/qigong instructor, all movements are gentle and no tai chi experience is needed.

       Tai Chi Easy consists of five movements from traditional yang-style tai chi that can be done sitting or standing, plus other gentle movements, breathing exercises and self-applied massage. Tai Chi Easy can improve balance, lower blood pressure, reduce pain, improve immune system function and increase mental focus. Many hospitals are starting to offer tai chi and qigong to patients with cancer, cardiac, autoimmune or other chronic diseases.
