Free Ride on the Road to Recovery

The Recovery Project is offering one week of free, unlimited access to their virtual wellness program, which includes live classes offered five days a week and an on-demand library of pre-recorded classes available on a smartphone or tablet. Each class is created by a highly experienced team of therapists based on the latest research for ways to optimize health and function, including improving strength, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and arm and hand function. Their therapists and trainers can lead group exercise classes.

            The Recovery Project is dedicated to maximizing patient outcomes by providing the highest-quality customer service and evidence-based therapies. They believe that individuals with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cancer, other neurological diseases and musculoskeletal injuries should pursue increased physical functionality and fitness.

            Some titles are Active Arms Level 1 & 2, BeWell Yoga, BeWell Fitness, Cardio Intervals, Meditation with Polly, PWR!Moves,Rock Steady Boxing, Stroke to Strength, The Loud Crowd 1 & 2 and Seated Strengthening.
