Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Hannah Byrne, MS, LDN, owner of Hannah Byrne Nutrition, completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics with a specialization in Health Promotion at Michigan State University and a Master of Science  degree in Dietetics from D’Youville College. She is accepting new clients now, and her specialties are weight management, diabetes, heart, vegetarian and renal issues.

            Byrne says, “My goal is to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals while also helping them realize that eating healthy is not only optimal for living their best life, but also can be really simple and fun. There is no need to have a ‘cheat day’ when you are not restricting yourself the rest of the week. When you restrict yourself, you’re more likely to overeat on your cheat day.”

            During an initial, one-hour  consultation, Byrne will review the client’s health history with a full nutrition assessment to explore their relationship with food, food preferences, and answer any questions.
