Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Yoga Connect MI, formerly Lansing Hot Yoga and Haslett Hot Yoga, is offering Yoga Alliance-accredited, 30-hour Prerana Aerial Yoga teacher training from February 17 to 19 and 24 to 26. The course uses leading movement science to provide students with the techniques and structure required to deliver safe, successful and foundational yoga classes using the aerial fabric.

            This training also advances practical teaching skills, helping students become more dynamic and connected teachers. It is recommended that a 200-hour yoga certification program and some aerial experience is completed before applying for this training.
