Freedom Sound Bath on the Fourth of July

Rob Meyer-Kukan, LMT and sound therapist, owner of 7 Notes Natural Health, a holistic health practice in Ann Arbor, will present a “Freedom” online sound bath at 7 p.m., July 4, where singing bowls, gongs, chimes and more will be combined to bring the listener into a space of relaxed freedom.

Meyer-Kukan uses massage and sound therapy, aromatherapy, reiki, meditation and mindfulness practices. He began in 2015 serving musicians and performing artists with repetitive strain injuries. In addition to private music lessons and workshops, he offers bodywork sessions and works with people that suffer from chronic pain, need to relax and are looking for natural health alternatives.

He says, “The introduction of the sound waves directly into the body, along with soothing ambient tones, is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from meditative state to deep relaxation.”

Admission is free, and donations are accepted at PayPal.me/robmk. Listen at YouTube.com/robmeyerkukan. A link will be posted at Facebook.com/robmeyerkukanwhen the video is live. For more information, call 248-962-5475 or visit 7NotesNaturalHealth.com.
