She says, “As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I focus on gut health and can help people from their digestive issues, thyroid issues to mental health imbalances. All my consultations are available online and in person. My work is an integrated approach with Ayurveda and modern science. Gut health is important because it is the root cause of several diseases. I can help transform the quality of your life with simple lifestyle changes and dietary hacks. I work in an intimate setting to transform your health and educate you at the same time to understand your own body by providing a plan that is tailored just for you.”
