They use locally sourced farmers and crops for the betterment of our bodies and the environment and offer a selection of meal prep programs with a variety of diet selections to fit anyone’s healthy living lifestyle. FYT is the highest-rated Certified Green restaurant in Michigan and accredited with the Better Business Bureau.

            FYT allows families, business professionals and kitchen-free individuals the ability to “heat-and-eat” a variety of meals quickly. With a rotating weekly menu, clients have choices from cuisines all around the world without all of the prep work.
