Expanding to Our Fullest Potential

Transformation Coaching has been studying and practicing techniques for mental and emotional self-regulation since 2012. The owners are Jessica Merwin, a HeartMath-certified coherence coach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainable Management; and Kennith Scott, a HeartMath-certified NeuroChangeSolutions consultant and transformation coach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. They have been working to become masters of change, and now are moved to share this wisdom with others so that more people can truly expand into their fullest potential.

Merwin says, “Our transformational services are grounded in more than 30 years of scientific study and research. We ensure that people understand what they are doing and why they are doing it, so that when it gets to how to practice the specific techniques, it is easier because they understand the science behind it.”

Clients are empowered to make meaningful changes by operating in an optimal state of being. In the process of change, they develop the skills to become more resilient in stressful or challenging situations. By spending less time in stress, they experience less fatigue, more energy, improved problem-solving, increased intuition and creativity, improved memory and a greater sense of wholeness.

The self-regulation techniques their clients learn lead to a greater awareness of self and a path forward to a greater expression. They know how to bring the heart and brain (mind/body) into coherence and sustain that harmony.

Transformation Coaching also conducts outstanding transformational retreats, including at Nature, in Maple City, from October 9 through 13. Scott says, “In this retreat, you will learn how the brain works and why this is important for change. Set intentions for yourself and your business or organization, becoming more productive and less distracted. Apply practices based on neuroscience to create pathways to new potentials, becoming open to new ideas and less stuck in the past. Experience how to mentally rewire your brain to be more creative and trusting, less rigid and fearful. Additionally, you will have opportunities for a.m. yoga, a drumming meditation, time to explore nature and more!”

An international retreat in Uvita, Costa Rica, will be held from November 27 through December 3 as an opportunity to reset, cultivate deep inner-wisdom and connect with the sacred heart. It includes daily kundalini yoga sessions, journal prompts, meditations, group sharing and deep, heartfelt connections (JessicaMerwin.com/costa-rica).

Merwin says, “Our future plans are to develop a nonprofit community retreat center to contribute to the evolution of the human experience. It will be a space for education and experimentation, and a place to learn resilience and sustainability for your inner and outer world. This will be an opportunity for us to combine our passions for yoga, meditation, nature, sustainability, community and education into one venture; an integration of healthy mind, body and spirit.”
