Gallagher’s Farm Market Celebrates Autumn

Gallagher’s Farm Market sells local produce in season, fresh pies, breads and pastries from the bakery, plus other local products like jams and jellies, honey, maple syrup, wine and more. This fall, Gallagher’s customers can pick out a pumpkin and apples, then warm up with a cup of hot cider and a pumpkin donut. They grow and sell unique and fun varieties of pumpkins that are perfect for carving or decorating. A visit to the farm on a fall day is the perfect way to soak in all the season has to offer.

Produce in season is from their own garden and dozens of local farms, along with locally made specialty foods. Bakery favorites include cherry pies, and homemade pizza bread. Gallagher’s Farm Market was opened in 1972 by Jack and Bernie Gallagher, and for the past 40 years has been run by their daughter Maria Lammers with her husband Sid and their family. The farm market opens in mid-June of each year as local asparagus and strawberries become available and remains open through October.
