Transformative Full-Body Workouts at Pure Barre Detroit
Pure Barre Detroit is offering a Fall Fit Challenge unlimited membership; 30 classes in 60 days, from September 6 to November 4. Pure Barre is a full-body workout that transforms participants physically and mentally. Musically driven group classes focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements that strengthen and tone the body in 50 minutes or less.
Barre weaves together elements of dance, Pilates and yoga. It is not only great for improving posture and flexibility, but also strengthening the entire body. It isn’t necessary to have a dance background because barre is actually an accessible form of exercise that caters to people of all fitness and coordination levels.
