Up North Wellness and Massage is celebrating their fifth anniversary of providing a unique and intuitive massage experience for pain relief and mobility. They offer therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, reiki for stress reduction, prenatal massage, couples massage, athletic massage, kinesiotaping and energy work.

            Licensed massage therapists Sarah Johnson and Liz Madell specialize in therapeutic massage, myofascial release, prenatal massage and massage for children 5 to 13 years old, including those with autism and cerebral palsy.
